Paul Mac Millan
Executive Director/Community Leader
Paul has been in the Special Education/Developmentally Disabled field for over two decades. Paul’s previous roles have been as Special Educator for individuals with Autism, Management positions in the Developmentally Disabled field, as well as Director of Residential Services. He has worked with various populations in this field, which has allowed him to experience vast hands-on learning. Paul possesses an enormous amount of knowledge and experience, enabling him to create and maintain a team. In turn, this will afford the Core Members the opportunity to flourish and strive in any area they choose, as well as to have a healthy and safe life. Paul has a Master’s Degree in Education, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education.

Live In Assistant
Kelly was first introduced to L’Arche in 1982 when she volunteered for a summer at the Tacoma Hope community in Tacoma Washington. Kelly has had over twenty five years of experience as an early childhood educator and 7 years of experience in Parish administration as a Director of Religious Education and Youth Ministry. She holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Oblate School of Theology, in San Antonio,Texas.
Live In Assistant
Gil joined L’Arche in 2005. Gil was a founding assistant for L’Arche Wavecrest (Orange, California). In 2014, Gil moved to be with L’Arche Greater Washington, DC and has been an assistant in in several different homes. He received a BA in Politics from the University of San Francisco and an MA in Pastoral Theology from Loyola Marymont University. Gil is fluent in English and Spanish.
